Lloyd Noronha

Lloyd Noronha is an experienced executive in financial management and administration, currently serving as Executive Vice-President of Corporate Services and Chief Financial Officer at Halton Healthcare since July 2025. Prior to this role, Lloyd held significant positions including Chair of the Board and Chair of the Investment Committee at CURIE from March 2021 to July 2025, and Vice President of Finance and Administration at Wilfrid Laurier University during the same period. Lloyd has previously worked with the Toronto Catholic District School Board as Associate Director of Education and CFO, as well as at the City of Vaughan where Lloyd served as Director of Financial Planning and Deputy City Treasurer. Lloyd’s career also includes various roles at the City of Brampton, starting from Financial Planning Analyst to Manager of Development and Capital Financing. Educationally, Lloyd holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from York University, along with CPA and CMA designations obtained between 2010 and 2013.
