Melissa Farrell

Melissa Farrell currently serves as President and CEO of Halton Healthcare, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Melissa was President of St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton from April 2019 to June 2023. Earlier in their career, Melissa worked at the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, where responsibilities included serving as Assistant Deputy Minister from January 2004 to April 2019, and holding various leadership roles, including Director of the Primary Health Care Branch, Project Director for Divisional Priorities, and Acting Director from June 2009 to January 2014. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Politics and a Master's in Planning, both from Queen's University.
