Cyndy Winslow, CPA, CA, possesses extensive experience in financial management and reporting across various sectors. Currently serving as the Commissioner of Finance and Regional Treasurer for Halton Region, Cyndy has held multiple key positions within the organization, including Director of Financial Services & Payroll and Acting Commissioner of Finance. Prior roles include Assistant Controller at Halton Healthcare, Manager of Corporate Reporting & Internal Controls at Revlon, and Director of Copyright & Royalties at Sony Music Entertainment Canada. Cyndy's foundational experience began at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where Cyndy served as Manager of Professional Technical Risk & Quality and Senior Associate in Audit and Assurance. Cyndy earned an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration, specializing in Accounting, from Wilfrid Laurier University between 2002 and 2005.
