Dave Kenth, P.Eng., PMP has extensive experience in engineering management and development throughout multiple municipalities. Currently serving as the Manager of Development Engineering for Halton Region since January 2024, Dave previously held the position of Manager of Engineering Services and Town Engineer for the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville from October 2015 to January 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Development Engineer – Approvals and Senior Project Engineer at the City of Brampton, and Engineering Assistant at the City of Mississauga. Additional experience encompasses working as a Field Engineer at Aquafor Beech Limited and as a Project Engineer at Schaeffer & Associates. Dave Kenth holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto.
