Phil Steinschneider

Phil Steinschneider is an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in project management and software development. Currently serving at Halvik since May 2018, Phil leads the development and maintenance of the SharePoint Enterprise Portal and custom applications within the Army Operations Center at the Pentagon. Prior roles include Project Manager at SSB, Inc., focusing on the same SharePoint projects, and Project Manager at MSAG, where Phil managed the Integrated Management System for the Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. Additionally, Phil has experience as a Computer Programming Consultant for the Inter-American Development Bank, and as a Senior Software Engineer at RS Information Systems, contributing to the FDA and FMCSA projects. Phil's educational background includes studies in Electrical Engineering at George Mason University and a diploma from Langley High School.
