Almas Makhanov

Almas Makhanov has extensive work experience in the financial sector. Almas started their career at Fortis Financial Group in 2004 as a Financial Analyst and worked there until 2007. In 2007, they joined Halyk Bank, where they held various positions over the years. Almas started as Deputy Chief from August 2007 to February 2010. Almas then became the Head of Analytics from February 2010 to September 2014. From September 2014 until now, they have been serving as the Chief Risk Officer. In September 2023, they will take on the role of Financial Director.
