Rustem Muratbekov

Rustem Muratbekov has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Rustem started their career in 2005 as a Specialist at TOО "Dana", where they developed biometric applications for mobile devices. In 2006, they worked as a Teacher at the International Kazakh-Turkish University. Later that year, they became the Head of Department at TOО "Information Center - Taraz". In 2007, they joined Halyk Bank as a Special Specialist, then progressed to become a Manager, Senior Manager, and eventually the Head of the IT department in 2017. Throughout their career, Rustem has demonstrated expertise in IT management and development of biometric applications.

Rustem Muratbekov attended Al-Farabi Kazakh National University from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics. Rustem then continued their education at the same university from 2004 to 2006 and obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science with a focus on Informatics.
