Peter Horn

Peter Horn is a seasoned professional in health planning and development with extensive experience in both executive and clinical roles. Currently serving as the Head of Health Planning at NEOM since February 2025, Peter also holds the position of Executive Director of Corporate Service Development at Hamad Medical Corporation since October 2021. Prior to these roles, Peter was a Partner at EY-Parthenon from July 2019 to October 2021. Peter's clinical expertise includes leadership as the Head of the Department of Neurosurgery at Helios Kliniken GmbH from December 2012 to June 2019, and experience as a Senior Consultant at Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin from May 2007 to November 2012. Early career development included roles as a Consultant at Universitätsklinikum Hamburg Eppendorf and Klinikum Mannheim gGmbH from October 2005 to April 2007 and February 2003 to September 2005, respectively.
