Sheena Maria John

Sheena Maria John is a highly experienced Physiotherapy Specialist in pediatric rehabilitation, currently employed at Hamad Medical Corporation since August 2018. With a strong background in pediatric physiotherapy, Sheena has previously worked at Al Ahli Hospital from June 2007 to July 2018, where responsibilities included pediatric triage and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions in both children and adults, as well as supporting the integration of children with special needs into mainstream environments. Prior experience also includes a position as a Physiotherapist at Almana General Hospitals in Saudi Arabia from May 2004 to May 2006. Sheena holds several advanced certifications, including the Basic and Advanced General Movements courses from the General Movements Trust in 2018 and NDT pediatric certification from the NDT Academy, USA in 2016. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Hospital and Health Systems Management from Vinayaka Missions University and a Bachelor in Physiotherapy from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. Additionally, Sheena is a member of the CPD Steering Committee, representing the CME activities of all allied health professionals.
