Jannicke Storm

Jannicke Storm currently serves as the Head of HR and Organisational Development at Hamar kommune, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Jannicke was the Head of Department for Leadership and Organisational Development at Sykehuset Innlandet from March 2017 to December 2023 and also held the position of Head of HR within the same organization. Jannicke's extensive experience includes significant roles at the Norwegian Refugee Council, including Head of Strategic Planning and Development Section, and various managerial positions at Norwegian People's Aid. Jannicke's early career involved humanitarian roles at the United Nations OCHA and the Norwegian Refugee Council. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Change Management, Project Management, and HR Management from BI Norwegian Business School, along with Bachelor's degrees in Development Studies and Social Anthropology from Oslo and Akershus University College and University of Oslo.
