Wendy Hauck

Wendy Hauck is a legal professional with extensive experience in workers' compensation law. Currently serving as Special Counsel at Hamberger & Weiss LLP since July 2023, Wendy previously held a similar position at Goldberg Segalla from August 2021 to July 2023, focusing on workers' compensation defense across New York State. Prior roles include Associate Attorney at Bond McDonald & Lehman, where representation included injured workers before the NYS Workers' Compensation Board and individuals pursuing Social Security Disability benefits, as well as a position at Hamberger & Weiss, where defense of workers' compensation claims in Rochester and surrounding areas was a primary responsibility. Wendy Hauck earned a Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in English Literature from St. Lawrence University.
