Kalyn Wedeven

Kalyn Wedeven has a diverse work experience in various roles.

In 2019, they joined Tri-ponds Campground and Resort where they worked in different areas such as the kitchen, landscaping, maintenance, cashier, office work, and check-ins. Kalyn also served as a Kitchen Lead, supervising coworkers and managing the operations of the kitchen, ice cream shop, and store. Additionally, they were responsible for running the Triponds Instagram page. Their tenure at Tri-ponds lasted until August 2022.

In 2022, Kalyn began working as a Summer Staff Member at Retro Boat Rentals. This role involved greeting customers, explaining driving procedures, providing refreshments, and preparing boats for guests. Kalyn worked there from April to August 2022.

At Halverson De La Cruz President and Vice President Campaign, Kalyn worked as a Campaign Graphic Design Team Member. Kalyn collaborated with the presidential campaign team to create stickers and graphics for campaign awareness. The campaign event was highly successful, leading to Halverson De la Cruz winning the Student body election. Their involvement with the campaign lasted from December 2022 to January 2023.

In the same year, Kalyn took on the role of Vice President and Marketing Manager at GCU Snow Lopes. Their responsibilities included creating graphic visuals and videos, managing social media platforms, and planning Snow Lopes Club events and ski trips. Kalyn started this position in March 2022.

Most recently, in 2022, Kalyn became a Brand Ambassador at Hamboards Surfskates starting in September 2022.

Kalyn Wedeven attended Grand Canyon University from 2021 to 2025, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Advertising.
