Markus Katzgraber

Markus Katzgraber is a seasoned industrial engineer currently employed at WEG Gear Systems GmbH since February 2019. In addition to this role, Markus serves as CEO of pixlwerk, specializing in web design, hosting, domain, online shops, branding, and design since September 2022. Markus also contributes as a trainer in vocational and adult education at Hamburger Containerboard – Prinzhorn Group since November 2022 and was a co-founder of ReStWOODS, which focused on the production of resin furniture and fixtures from July 2019 until May 2023. Prior experience includes software developer and electrical engineer roles at Maplan GmbH from June 2016 to January 2019, and system engineer at Airborne Technologies GmbH in 2015-2016. Education credentials include a Master of Science in Industrial Management from Hochschule Mittweida (2018-2020), a Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur from Hochschule Mittweida (2016-2018), and a degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from Higher Technical Institute Wiener Neustadt (2008-2013), along with certification as a trainer in adult and continuing education from TÜV AUSTRIA Akademie in 2021.
