Irene Sarapik

Irene Sarapik is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Management Board at HHLA TK Estonia AS since November 2020. Prior to this role, Irene was the Head of Financial Services in the Baltics at YIT from May 2018 to October 2020, overseeing accounting teams across three subsidiaries following a merger. Irene also held the position of VP, Head of Business Controlling and HR in the Baltic countries at Lemminkäinen from March 2014 to April 2018, and worked as a Business Controller/Financial Manager at Stora Enso from December 2008 to January 2014. Earlier experience includes a managerial role at Siemens from August 1998 to October 2008, where Irene was responsible for accounting and financial services across the Baltic region and Finland. Irene holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from the University of Tartu.
