Karen Proske

Karen Proske possesses extensive experience in talent and leadership development, currently serving in a role focused on these areas at HHLA Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG since August 2023. Prior to this, Karen held the position of Deputy Team Leader for Personnel Development and Talent Management at A. Kayser Automotive Systems GmbH, where responsibilities included strategic personnel development, leadership training, and talent management approaches. Additional roles included overseeing vocational training programs, and advisory positions that encompassed operational aspects of HR and training management at organizations such as Daimler AG and von Rundstedt. Karen holds a Master of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Business & Human Resource Education from the University of Göttingen, alongside qualifications as a Systemic Coach from Die Coachingakademie Hamburg.
