Shawn Bailey

Shawn Bailey is an experienced Human Resources Manager currently overseeing the HR Department at The Hamdard Center for Health and Human Services since September 2012, where responsibilities include managing payroll through the successful implementation of ADP and processing federal grant drawdowns. Prior to this role, Shawn gained experience in the hospitality industry as a Server at Outback Steakhouse from May 2008 to 2015 and as a Banquet Server at Arrowhead from November 2011 to September 2012. Shawn holds a B.S. in Psychology from Northern Illinois University, having studied there from 2009 to 2011, and previously attended Iowa State University from 2006 to 2008.
