Vinay Yadav

Vinay Yadav is a highly experienced packaging development professional with expertise in both export and domestic markets. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Packaging Development at Hamdard Wakf Laboratories in New Delhi since November 2022, Vinay oversees various aspects of new product development including packaging material selection, testing, mold development, and regulatory compliance. Previous roles include Packaging Development Manager at Kusum Group of Companies, where Vinay led packaging projects for a range of personal care products, and Senior Research Scientist at Mankind Pharma Ltd, focusing on packaging innovations for multiple pharmaceutical brands. Vinay's earlier experience includes positions at Gracure Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd, and Jubilant Pharma, where packaging development and regulatory compliance were key responsibilities. Vinay holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Packaging from the Indian Institute of Packaging, obtained from 2011 to 2013.
