Philip W. Gibbs

Philip Gibbs, President and Co-Founder of Hamel Builders, has been with the company since March 1994. Philip previously held the title of Vice President at Hamel Commercial, Inc. from 1994 to 1998. With a BS in Industrial Technology from East Carolina University, Philip has a strong background in overseeing construction projects and job cost management.
