Shoenagh Mackay

Shoenagh Mackay is currently the Director of Care at Hamelin Trust and serves as the National Lead for Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, and Autism at First Option Healthcare. With extensive experience in leadership roles, they have previously held positions such as Deputy Director at Cambian Group and Hospital Director at CAS Behavioural Health. They are also a Makaton tutor and a professional advisor for CQC, specializing in safeguarding and dementia care. Shoenagh's educational journey is currently ongoing at the University of East Anglia.
