Alex Dapper

Alex Dapper is an experienced manufacturing engineer currently employed at Hamill Manufacturing Company since June 2022. Prior to this role, Alex held various positions at Holtec International from June 2015 to July 2022, including Product Line Manager, where project design changes resulted in savings of over $1.25 million. As an Adjunct Product Line Manager, Alex collaborated with senior leadership to ensure timely and budget-conscious project completions, and as a Production Supervisor, oversaw union fabrication teams of up to 25 craftsmen while managing complex lifting operations. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, earned between 2011 and 2015.
