Nick Barker

Nick Barker has over 25 years of work experience in various leadership roles. Nick started their career at Computer Futures Solutions, where they worked their way up to become a Director. In this role, they managed a team of over 100 sales consultants and was responsible for developing business strategy and expanding into niche areas. Nick then moved on to Orgtel as a Director before joining SThree plc as a Director.

In 2010, Barker became the Managing Director at JAM Recruitment, where they grew the Contract business in the UK and established and expanded the London office. Nick then joined Spencer-Ogden as a Contract Director, focusing on the growth and development of the Contract business in mainland Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Currently, Barker is working as the Chief Operating Officer at Hamilton Barnes. Nick joined the company in 2014 and is responsible for providing a holistic networking and infrastructure recruitment solution to pioneering technology organizations.

Nick Barker attended Bexhill College from 1988 to 1991. Nick then went on to study Economics and Business Economics at the University of Southampton from 1991 to 1994, earning a BSc degree.
