Lynda M.

Lynda M. has over 30 years of work experience in product management, merchandising, and marketing. Lynda has held various leadership roles in different companies, where they have been responsible for developing and executing strategies to meet customer needs and achieve corporate goals.

From 2018 to present, Lynda M. works as a Senior Product Manager at Hamilton Beach Brands Inc. Prior to that, they served as Vice President, Garden Brands at Evergreen Enterprises from 2017 to 2018. In this role, they led the merchandising and product development team to exceed customer needs and company plans.

From 2013 to 2017, Lynda M. worked as Vice President, Merchandising at The Gerson Companies. During their tenure, they focused on developing new products and expanding supplier capabilities to drive sales growth.

Before that, they worked at Silpada Designs from 2008 to 2013 as a Manager, Product Systems, where they collaborated with design and QA teams to develop sterling silver and semi-precious stone jewelry.

From 2004 to 2008, Lynda M. held the position of Director, Innovation Development Group at Cardinal Brands Inc. In this role, they pioneered the development of differentiated products, identified new customer opportunities, and created products for diversifying the customer base.

Lynda M. also has experience as an author, working at Krause Publications from 2002 to 2004, where they wrote a book on creating distinctive jewelry designs.

Additionally, they worked as a Product Manager at Alcoa/Reynolds Consumer Products from 2000 to 2002, where they successfully launched a new product in the art and crafts category.

Lynda'swork experience began in 1987 when they founded Nifty Development Corporation, where they provided analysis and consulting services to clients in manufacturing and product development.

Lynda M. pursued their higher education from 1979 to 1983 at Westminster College (PA). During this period, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English/Communications.

In addition to their formal education, Lynda M. has obtained a certification as a Certified High Performance Coach from the High Performance Institute (HPI) in November 2021.
