Dan Fleisher

Dan Fleisher currently serves as an Associate at Hamilton, Brook, Smith & Reynolds, P.C., focusing on drafting and prosecuting patents in the electrical and software fields, along with handling patent and intellectual property litigation. Previously, Dan worked as a Patent Examiner at the USPTO, examining applications related to electronic games and educational technologies. Dan's prior experience includes a senior associate role in patent litigation at WilmerHale and a legal intern position at Dassault Systemes, where patent specifications and claims were developed. Dan began a career in technology, holding software development positions at UBS Investment Bank, Children's Progress, and Boston Children's Hospital. Dan holds a JD from Northeastern University School of Law, an MEng in Computer Science from Cornell University, and a BSE in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
