Arvin dela Cruz

Arvin Dela Cruz is a seasoned GIS professional with extensive experience in managing GIS and spatial infrastructure. Currently serving as the GIS Operations Team Lead at Hamilton City Council since January 2017, Arvin is responsible for designing spatial solutions to address business and public needs. Prior roles include Senior GIS Specialist and GIS Specialist at Auckland Council from September 2011 to January 2017, and Geospatial Analyst at St. Mary's Catholic School Avondale from January 2009 to September 2011. Arvin began the career as an I.T. Specialist, focusing on network and hardware maintenance and web development. Arvin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from The University of Auckland, earned between 2006 and 2010.
