Maureen Warikandwa

Maureen Warikandwa is a seasoned professional with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Specialist at Hamilton City Council since January 2023. Previously, Maureen held the position of Senior Advisor Organisational Development - Wellbeing (acting) at the Ministry of Justice in New Zealand, where responsibilities included providing advisory services for the Ministry's Wellbeing programme, managing relationships with wellbeing providers, and contributing to the Covid-19 wellbeing response. Prior to this role, Maureen worked at Kiwibank as an Organisational Development Advisor and Inclusion Advisor.
