Tom Billington

Tom Billington is an experienced Project Manager currently employed at Hamilton City Council since July 2021. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of Commercial Manager at Geeves Scaffolding Waikato for a brief period in 2021. Tom's extensive experience also includes significant roles as Project Manager and Estimator at Industrial Site Services Co Ltd from February 2016 to March 2021, and Supervisor and Leading Hand at Pilbara Access from January 2010 to January 2016. Tom started their career as a Scaffolder at JB Scaffolding and Water Corporation between 2008 and 2010. Academically, Tom earned a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from Waikato Polytechnic from 2003 to 2005.
