Jeff Kilby

Jeff Kilby started their career in 2005 as a Crew Coordinator at Cincinnati State's Plant Engineering department. Jeff then moved on to work as a Chief Engineer at Grubb & Ellis from November 2008 to October 2010. Following this, they joined Jones Lang LaSalle as a Chief Engineer from October 2010 to February 2012. In February 2012, they joined the Hamilton City School District as the Director of Buildings and Grounds, a position they held until May 2018 when they were promoted to the Executive Director of Business Operations.

Jeff Kilby began their education journey in 2006 at Wilmington College, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Jeff successfully completed their studies in 2008.
