Ariel Adams

Ariel Adams serves as the Director of Student Activities at Hamilton College since July 2023, bringing extensive experience in student engagement and leadership development from previous roles at the College of Mount Saint Vincent and SUNY Potsdam. At the College of Mount Saint Vincent, Ariel managed a $400,000 programming budget while overseeing day-to-day operations, advising student organizations, and coordinating major campus-wide events. Prior roles at SUNY Potsdam included positions from Program Coordinator to Associate Director, where responsibilities involved budget management, supervising staff, and directing various campus life initiatives, including Greek Life and comprehensive student programming. Ariel holds a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from Stony Brook University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Wells College.
