Joseph Simeone

Joseph Simeone currently serves as the Head Computer Science Teaching Assistant and Computer Science Teaching Assistant at Hamilton College, where responsibilities include leading introductory computer science labs and conducting office hours. As an iOS Software Engineering Intern at Garmin, Joseph contributed significantly to a critical project by writing over 1000 lines of code and collaborating with senior developers on high-priority bug fixes. Joseph is also the Founder and Lead Developer of Fanstand, a software company focused on student engagement and event services, managing a development team and teaching programming languages and best practices. Previous experience includes a Summer Research Internship at MIT Lincoln Laboratory, where Joseph modernized applications and presented research findings, and multiple Software Development Internships at Rational Enterprise, involving backend infrastructure overhaul and feature implementation. Education includes attendance at Hamilton College and The Albany Academies.
