Niki Barron

Niki Barron is an accomplished higher education professional with extensive experience in admissions. Currently, Niki serves as the Associate Dean of Admission at Hamilton College since July 2019. Prior to this role, Niki held various positions at Middlebury College from September 2011 to July 2019, including Associate Director of Admissions and Senior Assistant Director of Admissions. Niki also worked as a Senior Admissions Officer at Barnard College from July 2007 to August 2011, and as a Career Counselor at Harvard University for a brief period in 2006. Earlier in the career, Niki served as the Assistant Dean of Admission at Grinnell College from July 2002 to July 2006. Niki's educational background includes a Master of Education in Higher Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Hamilton College.
