Hamilton College
Zachary Yasinov is currently a Ted Mullin Scholar at UChicago Medicine, focusing on cancer cell death and immune response manipulation under Dr. James LaBelle's guidance. Additionally, Zachary serves as an incoming tutor at Hamilton College's Italian Language Center, providing instructional support for Italian language acquisition during the 2025-2026 academic year. Previous experiences include working as a teaching assistant for chemistry and Italian courses, a biochemistry research assistant studying bacterial spore biosynthesis, a docent at the Wellin Museum of Art, and a swim coach at Team Suffolk Swim Club. Zachary is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology with minors in Italian Studies and Art History at Hamilton College, expected to graduate in May 2026, following a high school diploma from Syosset High School in June 2022.
