Seth Graham is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in managing critical systems and networks. Currently serving as the Director of Technical Services at Hamilton County 9-1-1 Emergency Communications District since June 2012, Seth oversees the technology division, ensuring all mission-critical systems operate 24/7. Prior experience includes working as a Network Specialist for Hamilton County Sheriff's Office, where responsibilities encompassed server management and implementing significant projects such as VMware vSphere and Exchange Server migrations. Earlier roles include engineering positions at WDEF-TV and iHeartMedia, focusing on broadcast and IT equipment maintenance. Seth holds a Bachelor of Science in Business - IT Management from Western Governors University and has a background in Network Management from Chattanooga State Community College.

Located in Chattanooga, the Hamilton County 9-1-1 Emergency Communications District proudly provides emergency and administrative support for thousands of residents, visitors and first responders throughout Hamilton County, Tennessee. Through the use of state-of-the-art technology and a highly trained staff, we work to exceed the expectations of our community in their critical time of need. The District is the primary public safety answering point for all communities within Hamilton County, except Soddy Daisy and Lookout Mountain. The District employs more than 170 Telecommunicators, supervision, administrative, technical and support staff. District Telecommunicators answer an approximate average of 2,000 calls for service each day from residents and visitors in Hamilton County. Telecommunicators also dispatch responders for all public safety response disciplines - law enforcement, fire and EMS - across 26 various agencies.
