Renee Dunn-Blackwell

Renee Dunn-Blackwell has over two decades of experience in various roles primarily focused on benefits administration, data entry, and customer service. Currently serving as a Benefits Representative at HCDDS since March 2000, Renee specializes in obtaining and maintaining Waiver and Non-Waiver Medicaid benefits while also handling contract billing, accounting tasks, and client documentation. Previous experience includes roles at Eye World Optical, where Renee managed data entry and insurance billing, and at Provident Bank and 5/3 Bank, where responsibilities encompassed processing installment loans, customer service, and clerical duties. Renee is currently pursuing education at the University of Cincinnati and has also studied at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College.
