Kristen Hernandez

Kristen Hernandez has extensive experience in education and consulting. Currently serving as a Substitute Teacher for the Hamilton County Department of Education since March 2022, Kristen also works as an Independent Consultant for Rodan + Fields, a leading skincare brand, since September 2015. Previous roles include Substitute Teacher for the Illinois State Board of Education and various positions at Goodheart-Willcox, including Educational Consultant and Sr. Curriculum Specialist, where contributions focused on Career and Technical Education. Additionally, Kristen served as Sr. Cohort Coordinator for K-12 Teachers Alliance, facilitating marketing efforts for graduate programs. Kristen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies and Business Administration from Saint Mary's College and an Associate's Degree from Holy Cross College.
