Stephenie Vice began their work experience in 2006 as an Account Coordinator at Neace Lukens. Stephenie then worked as an Inside Sales Rep at DiehlSteel from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, they transitioned to the role of CPST/ Case Manager at Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services, where they stayed until 2018. Currently, they are working as a Head Teacher at Hamilton County ESC.

Stephenie Vice earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University between 2004 and 2008. Stephenie then went on to pursue a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Intervention Specialist Mild/Moderate and Prek- 3rd grade from Mount St. Joseph University, which they completed between 2017 and 2020.
