Steve Kramer

Steve Kramer has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Steve started their career as a Superintendent at Madeira City Schools in 1982 and held this role until 2016. In 2016, they joined Leadership Excelleration Inc. as a Senior Consultant/Executive Coach and also became the Director of Customer Engagement at Hamilton County ESC. In 2018, they joined Petermann LTD as a Business Development Representative.

Steve Kramer attended the University of Cincinnati, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. Steve later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Educational Administration at Xavier University.
