Liz Fry Rains

Liz Fry Rains, PHR, currently serves as the Senior Benefits and HRIS Analyst for Hamilton County, Ohio, since July 2015, where responsibilities include managing the countywide HRIS and collaborating with Paycor to enhance HR systems and benefit programs.
