Shawn Cruze

Shawn Cruze, ENP, has been serving as the Technical Services Manager for Hamilton County, Ohio, since November 2003, overseeing the technology and equipment for a 9-1-1/Dispatch Center. Responsibilities include managing systems such as Computer Aided Dispatch, Mobile Data, and Radio Systems, as well as providing technical support to Communications Supervisors and Officers. Additionally, Shawn has experience as a CAD/RMS Support Specialist, focusing on the daily operations and compatibility of dispatch systems, and as a Communications Officer, performing duties as a 9-1-1 operator and dispatcher for Police, Fire, and EMS. Prior to that, Shawn worked as a Police Telecommunicator/Dispatcher and Correctional Officer ERT in Montgomery County and served in the US Navy as an Aviation Mechanic.
