The Hamilton County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office is dedicated to effectively representing the citizens of Hamilton County, its governmental agencies and elected officials as authorized by the laws of the State of Ohio.

It is a central goal of the Hamilton County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office to provide compassionate assistance to victims of crime. We are strongly committed to protecting the rights of victims of crime, and to helping restore a sense of dignity and security in their lives.
