Alexandra Gonzales, MPH, currently serves as the Senior Population Health Specialist at Hamilton County Public Health, focusing on the Racial and Ethnic Approaches to Community Health (REACH) grant to improve nutrition, physical activity, and early childhood education policies in 11 communities. Previously, Alexandra held roles such as Clinical Research Coordinator III at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, managing a longitudinal study on atopic dermatitis and asthma, and Program Manager at The Ohio State University College of Public Health, where a couples-based condom use program was piloted. Additional experience includes health navigation at AmeriCorps Project Advance and various leadership positions during undergraduate studies at Kenyon College, culminating in a Master’s degree in Public Health from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Kenyon College.
