Alexandra Gonzales, MPH, currently serves as the Senior Population Health Specialist at Hamilton County Public Health, focusing on the Racial and Ethnic Approaches to Community Health (REACH) grant to improve nutrition, physical activity, and early childhood education policies in 11 communities.
