Andrew Feltner has been serving as a Water Quality Technician at Hamilton County Public Health since October 2020. Previously, Andrew worked at Working In Neighborhoods from February 2012 to December 2020 as an Energy Relations Coordinator and Energy Auditor, contributing to the organization's mission of empowering communities through education and support in various areas. Andrew holds an Associate's Degree in Environmental Engineering Technology/Environmental Technology from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Health and Safety from Missouri Southern State University.
