Kristian Minorgan, CIM® is currently serving as the Regional Director, Business Development at Hamilton ETFs since January 2024. Prior to this role, Kristian worked as a Business Development Manager at BMO Global Asset Management - Canada, where he excelled in driving ETF sales through the intermediary channel. With a background as an Associate Investment Advisor at Richardson Wealth and a Business Development Manager at AGF Investments, Kristian has demonstrated a strong ability in developing and maintaining client relationships and exceeding asset targets. Kristian's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology & Justice from Ontario Tech University and currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Financial Management Services at Sprott School of Business at Carleton University.
