Elisa Bargetto

Elisa Bargetto is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in fundraising, donor relations, and brand development. Currently serving as the Events and Community Partnerships Manager at Hamilton Families since November 2022, Elisa leads corporate giving and events, securing significant contributions annually through strategic fundraising efforts. In addition, as the Chief Creativity Officer at Monsoon Leadership since June 2023, Elisa collaborates with leadership to enhance brand identity and digital presence. Previous roles include Donor Relations Coordinator and Development Coordinator at the Center for Environmental Health, and Development Associate at Santa Cruz SPCA, where Elisa contributed to donor engagement and effective data management.
