Terese McIntyre-DeLaPlaine began their work experience in 2007 as the CEO of NEPA Community Health Care. Terese then served as the Chapter Executive for the American Red Cross from 2013 to 2014. Currently, they are the President & CEO of Hamilton Health Center, where they also formerly held the position of Chief Compliance Officer.

Terese McIntyre-DeLaPlaine completed their education in chronological order. Terese began their academic journey at the University of Scranton from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections. Following this, they enrolled at Syracuse University College of Law, starting in 1993 and finishing in 1998, and earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree with a specialization in Family Law.
