Alberto Garcia is a highly experienced Rehabilitation Therapist and Personal Trainer with over a decade of experience at Hamilton Health Sciences and a self-owned personal training business. Alberto holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and a Post Graduate degree in Physiologic and Methodological Bases of Sports Training, along with a Can Fit Pro Certification.
