Andrew Starr

Andrew Starr is an experienced professional in technology and information security, currently serving as Principal and Head of End User Technology and Information Security at Hamilton Lane since October 2020. Previously, Andrew held roles at Amazon Lab126, where responsibilities included leading digital transformation as Vice President and overseeing the delivery of new features for Echo devices as Senior Technical Program Manager. Andrew's experience also includes product management of mobility applications at GE Digital and leadership in video collaboration at GE, along with foundational work in IT infrastructure and application development. Andrew possesses an MBA in Strategy, Economics, and Technology Operations from NYU Stern School of Business and a BS in Information Technology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
