Kristin Jumper

Kristin Jumper is a seasoned corporate and securities attorney with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing, and private equity transactions. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Investment Legal at Hamilton Lane since January 2014, Kristin has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Head of Legal - Transactions and Senior Transactions Counsel. Prior to joining Hamilton Lane, Kristin worked as an Associate Attorney at Pepper Hamilton LLP from January 2010 to January 2014. Kristin holds a Juris Doctor degree from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Media & Communication from Muhlenberg College.
