Lars Pace

Lars Pace is an experienced finance professional with a career spanning multiple prestigious firms. Since December 2010, Lars has served as Principal at Hamilton Lane, following a decade as Portfolio Manager at American Beacon Advisors. Prior to this, Lars worked as a Senior Analyst and Project Manager at American Airlines from 1995 to 2000 and began their career as a Financial Analyst at Visteon from 1992 to 1995. Lars Pace holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a BA in Political Science and Economics from Duke University, complemented by studies at Stockholm University.
