Nick Shepherd

Nick Shepherd is a Senior Associate in Client Solutions at Hamilton Lane since October 2025, bringing extensive experience in the financial and digital transformation sectors. Prior to this role, Nick served as a Relationship Manager in the Private Equity Practice at Salesforce from January 2022 to October 2025, focusing on digital transformation for private equity firms. Previous positions include Senior Associate in Digital Transformation at PwC Australia from January 2019 to December 2021, and Analyst at Salesforce from June 2017 to January 2019. Nick holds a Bachelor of Global Studies from the University of Sydney, and has completed the Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA) program from the Corporate Finance Institute. Additionally, an international exchange program was undertaken at Maastricht University School of Business and Economics, and formative education was received at Sydney Church of England Grammar School (Shore).
