Emily Jablonka, Ed.D. has a strong background in education and leadership. Emily currently serves as the Chief Academic Officer for the Hamilton Local School District in Columbus, OH. Prior to this, they were the Director of Professional Learning and Leadership at the Fairfield County Educational Service Center from 2021 to 2023. Emily also worked as a Project Director/Strategy Consultant at Vaza Consulting from 2020 to 2023. From 2015 to 2020, they served as the Director of Teaching, Learning and Professional Development at Springfield City Schools. Before that, they were a Middle School Principal at New Albany Plain Local Schools and Southwestern City Schools from 2011 to 2015. Overall, they bring a wealth of experience in curriculum development, leadership and professional development to their current role.
Emily Jablonka, Ed.D. received their Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Capital University. Emily then went on to complete their Master's degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Dayton. Emily continued their educational journey by obtaining an Educational Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Ashland University. In addition to their degrees, Emily also holds a certification in Applying the QM Rubric from QM Quality Matters, which they obtained in September 2022.
